WHAT WE PURSUE?
We raise Mental Health awareness in our community so that we can avoid burnout, manage stress, and give comfort to those who are battling anxiety and depression.
The first step to healing is acceptance. We should learn to accept that it’s okay to not be okay and to acknowledge where we are now.
Healing and recovery is possible to everyone. But for some, it takes them years to find their breakthrough. We hope to share inspiration, motivation and practical tips thru this site to make healing and recovery faster.
